In the preliminary design phase

  • Assistance with preparing your requests for tender
  •  Mobilising early contractor involvement (project managers, companies, experts, etc.) to anticipate costs and manage timelines
  • Assistance with defining the best contractual and commercial framework for your programme, bringing contract innovations to the table
  • Analysis and optimisation of the programme’s budget and technical and operational features
  • Assistance with cross-border projects between project owners in different countries

In the design and build phase

  • Contract management and defending your contractual interests
  • Proposal of “win-win” strategies for all programme stakeholders (project owner, project manager, companies, manufacturers, etc.)
  • Assistance with operational deployment by defining the resources to be mobilised by stakeholders for successful project delivery
  • Technical assistance in all areas of rail infrastructure expertise: track, catenary, power supply, signalling and rail operations during construction phase – by specialised engineers available for deployment on site
